A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. While deposits are not returned under any circumstance, they can be transferred once if you reschedule within 2 weeks of your original appointment date. I completely understand that life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 5 hours before your appointment. This allows me to adjust my schedule and possibly accommodate other clients. No Call, No Show Policy: If you do not show up to your appointment and do not contact me, you will be charged a 20% and blocked from booking any future services. No exceptions.
